Guess who's back.........back again!
Where-o-where to begin! So much has happened since my last post. I just got back from Albuquerque, New Mexico for work. I was gone for a week and it was so hard to be away from Justin and the girls, but it was an amazing experience. I helped open a new store there and had yet another interview while I was there (I am starting to think I applied for the Secret Service or something). We still have no further information, just playing the waiting game. It is so hard to just wait for some tinge of hope, but I guess I should get used to it. I met a lady who has been going through the process for two years now!! So, I guess I have to be in for the long haul.
We also had a wonderful Easter with both of our families. Although the egg hunt started out for Sadie like this....

It ended up like this:

Brynn was all business this year:

One of the best parts of Easter was getting to meet Little Miss Hannah Jade! She is my cousin's daughter and she is absolutely precious. She is now a month old and the girls latched on to her so fast. In fact, we had only been there for just a little while when (while I was holding Hannah) Sadie said, "Will you help me because my mommy is holding my baby sister?" Ummmm......not quite! Sadie did the best job of taking care of Hannah. She held her paci in and sang her all sorts of songs.

Here are the girls ooooohhhing and aaaaahhhing over her. They just stared at her and sang to her. (Check out Miss Hannah's head of hair!)

And NO they will not be getting another sibling.......just to clear that one up!

The stuff kids say

I am enjoying peaceful evening at home alone with the kids. Justin called me around 2 and asked if I minded if he made a spontaneous trip with the guys to go to a Ranger game tonight. I thought that sounded pretty fun (and crazy), so they are enjoying a mini-road trip. I doubt work is going to be great fun for any of them tomorrow!!

The kids have been just adorable as usual.

Brynn discovered that one of her Barbie's had a braid in her hair and now she is obsessed with having a braid in her hair. The funny part is she calls it a bra. Who knows why.....but all we hear is "Look at my bra!" or "I want a bra!"

Sadie overheard me talking about going to Albuquerque next week and for some reason thought we were getting a turkey. That was a fun conversation of her asking me where the turkey was.

Finally, we got a Veggie Tales CD for the girls to listen to in the car and ALL I heard after that was "We want to hear the Blueberry song!"

Ummm.......Yeah, I have no clue. We fought and fought about this all day about there being no blueberry song on that CD. Finally we came across the song "Who built the ark? Noah. Noah"
and here goes Brynn singing, "Blueberry art, no one, no one!"

We solved the mystery of the Blueberry Song!

I really don't have much to say. I have the 24 hour stomach bug that has lasted 72 hours! GRRRR......
I am so very, very, very hungry.
Since I am not in much of a chipper mood, I thought I would grace you with some completely random pictures.

Brynn getting ready for her date with Daddy:

Brynn the "princess"

Sadie LOVES to "back-um" every time I clean the house. Can you see the huge smile on her face?!?!

And I just love this picture my dad took of Sadie at the park:

Meet Margo

This, my friends, is Margo! She is a new addition to our family! Sadie has had an ongoing cough for a couple of weeks now and it has slowly gotten worse here reccently. Last night, she was unable to sleep and this morning she was wheezing pretty bad. I called the doctor and described everything to him and they had me bring her right in. So, after some checking he told us that both of her lungs sound pretty bad and she has an ear infection. He did a breathing treatment in the office and then gave us Margo Moo Nebulizer to start doing treatments at home. I was worried about how Sadie would react but Margo was a hit! She is so excited about showing it off to Grammy tomorrow. Talk about marketing to kids!!
