Disciple Now

This weekend I had the blessing of leading 10th grade girls in Disciple Now. Oh what a weekend. I learned you cannot be pregnant and go on 4-5 hours of sleep a night. I really did have an awesome group of girls. I think God knew that I needed to be there as much as they did because he really spoke to me throughout the whole weekend. On Saturday night the speaker, Ken Freeman (who is SO good), did his whole talk about our earthly father and our heavenly father. He really spoke to all the dads that were there about being a good Christian example to your kids. Well, talk about God working, that was the only service Justin came to. He doesn't enjoy church, so it meant alot to me that he was there. I had an absolute blast!!!! It made me miss my days in the youth group.....ahhhhhh! I was so exhausted when I got home yesterday. Today I am almost feeling up to par.

In other news, we have begun the great house hunt. Oh wow is it a pain in the rear! It seems like every house is missing one thing that we really want. We are trying to be patient, but that is just not working.

Sorry, today's blog was short-I am pretty behind here at work.

Sick Little Girl

Well, sure enough Brynn caught the crap from me and was sick all weekend. We rocked and cuddled ALL weekend. I didn't get anything done, but it was pretty nice. She is movin' and groovin' today so I guess all is well.

Now that Justin works 1-10 everyday, I am left alone in the evenings to become a TV junkie. I have become ridiculous!! Every night I have at least two shows to watch. In a brief run down they are House (excellent show!!!), Commander In Chief, Law and Order: SUV, Will and Grace, The OC, Desperate Housewives, and of course Real World/Road Rules challenge. ADDICTING!!! I guess I am just a hopeless cause!

Nothing much here

I just had to post this picture of Brynn in the snow. She absolutely hated it!! She thought it was neat at first, but then when she realized it was cold.....well that was a whole new story!

I am feeling much better now-thank God!! Brynn is back home now, which makes me feel much better.

Tomorrow I will be 8 weeks pregnant!! Good Lord 32 more weeks seems like an entire century away. Luckily I haven't been sick lately. We found out we were having a girl with Brynn very early (13 wks). So, we never got the chance to think of boy names. This time we are thinking of boy names now (just for fun) before we find out-in case it is another girl. I like Beck, Coy, Miles and Feron. He likes Seth and Lane. We differ greatly when it comes to names. I am the weird namer and he is the normal namer. Who knows. We didn't name Brynn until after she was born. (we couldn't decide between Brynn or Hattie)

My last final piece of news.......we did buy the Nissan Quest. Wow-me driving a minivan. Never thought I would see that day!! We do love it though and it was nice to have on the trip. I still haven't figured out all the buttons on it, so it is still confusing to me.

I guess that is it!! Happy weekend!

Ski Trip

We are back from the big ski trip!!! It was very beautiful, but here is a word to the wise......don't ski pregnant. Very sick! I ended up throwing up a lot and then I got viral bronchitis, so I am not feeling to peachy. Brynn is staying with my parents so she doesn't get this RSV crap.

Good news: We saw the doctor last week. August 25th is the big day!!!! I would post more, but I feel crappy and need to work!
